The Public Transportation Authority is subordinated to the Cluj-Napoca City Hall.
The main activity of the Authority deals with public transportation inside the municipality.
Cluj-Napoca Public Transportation Authority is a member of the Romanian Public Transportation Union
-URTP- which is associated to the International Union of Public Transportation headquartered in Brussels.
