The following categories enjoy free season tickets on the means of transportation:

• Women over 65 and men over 70.
• First and second degree disabled persons and first degree visually disabled persons(with attendants) and second degree visually disabled persons.
• Heirs of martyr heroes of the Revolution, wounded people as well as disabled pensioners who partially lost their working abilities fighting during the Revolution.
• Persons persecuted on political grounds by the dictatorship that came to power on March 6, 1945 as well as persons deported abroad or POW's.
• Orphan pupils and students or children from orphanages.
• Personnel of Cluj-Napoca City Hall.
• War veterans, war widows and attendants of severely disabled ex-serviceman and of first degree disabled persons.
